The crucial skill of negotiation is something that not all Real Estate Agents posses. It is an invaluable and necessary skill in today’s competitive Real Estate market. It is not learned in a classroom and can only be achieved through years of hands on experience. Many times deals simply fall apart because the Agent or Agents are not able to facilitate the negotiations between the parties. Meanwhile, our many years of commercial leasing negotiations and customer service experience have allowed us to perfect this skill and apply it to all areas of Real Estate negotiations allowing for more successful transactions.
With over 20 Years of combined Commercial Property Management, Commercial Leasing, Residential Sales & Investments, Business Ownership and Business Management experience, the owners Mike and Nanette are the backbone of L&L Property Investment Group, Inc. and the driving force behind the success of this full service Real Estate Company.
Mike and Nanette are originally from Southeast Florida. Nanette is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and was a Commercial Property Manager and Leasing Agent for a large Southeast Florida Commercial Real Estate firm, while Mike operated and managed their own successful speed shop business. However, after years of visiting the Marion County area and in search of a better quality of life, Mike and Nanette opted to leave the big city and move to Marion County. In 2005 they became full time Marion County residents and established
L & L Property Investment Group, Inc., now a successful full service Real Estate Agency.
Meanwhile, they have been married for over 25 years and have two children, Michael and Matthew.
Their eldest son Michael works for the company and is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and Licensed Mortgage Broker. He has an Associates Degree in Business Administration and is pursuing his Bachelors Degree. He also assists the company with technological and marketing strategies.
Their youngest son Matthew is currently a High School Senior and will be attending college next year. He occasionally assists the company with clerical, promotional and property maintenance items.
